Thank you for choosing our property for your short-term rental needs. We want to ensure that your stay is enjoyable, comfortable, and safe. Please review the following terms and conditions before making your reservation:

1. Reservation: All reservations must be made through our preferred booking platforms or via our designated person. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation request at our discretion.
2. Payment: Payment terms depend on when the booking is made. Reservations made over 1 month from check-in require a 25% deposit with the remainder of the balance due 28 days before check-in. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Refunds are covered in the Cancellation Policy.
3. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and at an additional cost. Failure to check out by 10:00 AM may result in additional charges.
4. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the property is as stated in the listings. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the property manager. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
5. Smoking and Drug Use: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all rental fees.
6. Pets: Well behaved pets are allowed on the property with prior approval from the property manager. A pet fee may apply. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
7. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the credit card on file. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the time of the cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided.
9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for violation of any of these terms and conditions.
